If something isn’t right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — an exchange or a refund, your choice.

Exchanges

We can swap your order for a different size, a different color, or a different design. There is no charge for the swap. Because every shirt is printed to order, an exchange is usually the fastest way to end up with something you’ll actually wear.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days and we’ll refund you to your original payment method. You don’t have to give a reason. Refunds usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

That one is on us. Send us a photo and we’ll replace it at no charge — no restocking fee, and nothing for you to arrange.

A note on made-to-order printing

Finished garment measurements can vary by about an inch either way. That is normal for printed cotton and is not a defect — but if something looks wrong to you, ask us.
