It doesn't fit, or you'd rather have a different one

This is the easy one, and it's usually the fastest way to end up with a shirt you'll actually wear. We can swap to a different size, a different color, or a different design entirely — if the one you picked isn't it, pick another one.

  1. Tell us what you'd rather have

Use the exchange form with your order number, and say which size, color or design you want instead.

  2. We confirm it

We'll write back the same day we see it, and get the replacement moving. There's no charge for the swap.

  3. It ships

You'll get a tracking link when the new one leaves the print floor.

You'd rather have your money back

That's fine too, and you don't have to justify it. Within 30 days of delivery, tell us and we'll refund you.

  1. Ask for the refund

Use the return form with your order number. A reason is welcome but not required.

  2. We process it

The refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take a few business days to show it.

It arrived damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item

Then it's our problem, not yours, and there's nothing to decide — we'll replace it.

  1. Send us a photo or two

Use the damaged-or-wrong form with your order number. We'll reply asking you to attach photos: the whole shirt, the size label, and a close-up of the problem. That's usually everything we need.

  2. We send a new one

No charge, no return shipping to arrange, no restocking fee. We'd rather get you the right shirt than debate the wrong one.

A note on printing: every shirt is made to order, and finished garment measurements can vary by an inch or so either way. That's normal for printed cotton and not a defect — but if something looks off to you, ask. We'd rather look at a photo than have you wonder.

Still stuck? Ask us — a real person reads every note.
