How to order

Fill your cart
Any design, any color, any size. Tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies all count toward your total, and you can mix them however you like. The quantity box on each product page adds several of the same shirt at once.

Enter your code at checkout
Type your tier's code into the discount box at checkout. It takes the discount off the whole order, and free shipping comes along with it.

We print every piece to order
Each shirt is printed after you order it, so a big order can arrive in more than one box. If it's for an event, give yourself at least three weeks — the shipping policy has the full timeline.
Before you check out
Wholesale orders are final sale. Every piece is printed just for your order, so we can't offer returns, refunds or exchanges on a wholesale order — not for size, color, or a change of heart. Please check the size guide before you check out.
Defects are on us. If a shirt arrives misprinted or defective, we'll replace it free, as long as your photos reach us within 21 days of your order date. So open the boxes when they arrive.

Send the photos
When we reply, send back photos of each one: the whole shirt, its size label, and a close-up of the problem. They need to reach us within 21 days of your order date.

Replacements are printed and shipped at no charge.
Questions
Do all the shirts have to be the same design?
Not at all. Mix designs, colors, sizes and garments freely — every item in the cart counts toward your tier.
My code didn't work. What happened?
Each code needs its tier's item count in one order: BIGDAY20 needs 20, BIGDAY25 needs 50 and BIGDAY30 needs 100. Check the number of items in your cart, and use the code that matches it.
Can I use another discount code as well?
One code per order — wholesale codes can't be combined with other discount codes.
Can one order ship to several addresses?
Each order ships to one address. If your shirts need to go to more than one place, place a separate order for each — and each order needs its own 20 items to get wholesale pricing.
How do I get the sizes right?
Every product page has a size chart, and the size guide covers tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies. Since wholesale orders are final, it's worth a look before you order — and if you're unsure, ask us first.
