Orders & shipping

← Back to the help center

Every shirt is printed for you after you order, which is the thing that makes the timeline here different from a warehouse store.

When will my order arrive?

Two windows, back to back:

  • Printing: 2–5 business days
  • In transit: 3–5 business days

So most orders land within about a week and a half. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. Around the holidays it can run a little longer — we'll say so on the site when it does.

Where's my tracking link?

It's emailed the moment your shirt leaves the print floor, so if you ordered in the last few days it may simply not have shipped yet — see the printing window above.

If it should have shipped by now, check your spam and promotions folders first, then look it up in your account. Still nothing? Tell us and we’ll chase it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Usually, if you catch it early. Orders go to the printer within a few hours, and once a shipping label exists the address is locked.

Message us right away with your order number and the correct address, and we'll change it if it hasn't gone yet. If it's already moving, the carrier can sometimes reroute a package for you using the tracking number.

I didn't get a confirmation email.

Almost always one of three things:

  • It's in spam or the promotions tab.
  • There's a typo in the email address you entered.
  • Checkout didn't finish — if no charge appears on your card, the order didn't reach us.

Send us the name and email you used and we'll find it either way.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't gone to print — that's a window of a few hours, not days. After that your shirt physically exists and we can't un-print it.

If you only need a different size, color or design, don't cancel: tell us and we’ll swap it over.

How much is shipping?

$4.95 anywhere in the U.S., and free on orders over $75 — about three tees.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We ship within the United States for now. If you're somewhere else and want a shirt, say hello anyway — knowing where people are asking from is how we decide where to go next.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Yes. PO boxes are fine.

Still stuck? Ask us — a real person reads every note.
