Short answer: if you ordered in the last few days, it's being printed. Here's the whole timeline.

Open your account
Go to your account and enter the email address you ordered with. We'll send you a six-digit code — no password to remember.

Open the order
You'll see everything you've ordered, what's shipped, and the live tracking link once it's on its way.
Why there's a quiet stretch first
We don't hold stock. Your shirt doesn't exist when you order it — it gets printed for you, which takes 2–5 business days before a carrier ever sees it. That's the trade for not printing thousands of shirts nobody asked for.
It's been longer than that
Two things worth checking first: your spam and promotions folders, in case the tracking email landed there, and the tracking link itself — carriers sometimes scan a package late even though it's moving.
If it's been more than about ten business days since you ordered, or tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, tell us with your order number and we'll take it from there. If a package is genuinely lost, we send a new one.
